Deze Prosecco is de beste mousserende wijn van Conte Loredan Gasparini. De druiven worden met de hand geplukt in de kleine wijnstreek Asolo in de heuvels van Montello in Veneto, Noord-Italië. De gisting vindt plaats met speciale (eigen) gistsoorten en onder gecontroleerde temperatuur. Prosecco wordt in Italië vaak als aperitief gedronken. Het is een mousserende witte wijn met de kracht van champagne.

Nummer 1 tijdens het Perswijn-concours voor mousseux. Jury: ..dit is een prima Prosecco, die de prijs won voor beste Prosecco van de proeverij tijdens het evenement Bubbles on the Beach. Een prima wijn dus, droog en fris, met appel en bloemen, zuren, sap, lekkere bitters en een zachte mousse.
