New Zealand’s signature grape of this quality is an absolute bargain at this price. Subliminal sweetness balanced against exquisite acidity gives the wine a delicious tension.
Not at all oaky but rounded by the time in big oak. Ripe fruit with freshness from the stems and just a touch of fruit sweetness on the finish. A complete wine.

This is a wine for cellaring not drinking now. Less immeiately conmmunicative than the Dom Rafael 2020 but very promising. A rich palate with real substance. Firm, fine and polished.
