Really thrilling Riesling, with vibrant, pure, scintillating lime flesh and zest, bright, bright acidity and a lovely, thirst-quenching finish. The 2023 was great, but this is something else.

So beautiful, fresh and vital. Like squeezing a whole pod of native Australian finger-lime pearls onto your tongue and then pressing up against the roof of your mouth and feeling them burst and pop.

Lots of riesling character with lemon rind, a timid jasmine note and petrol as well. The palate echoes aromatic profile: medium- bodied, nervy and incisive with a tightly wound and acid-driven finish.
