Klassieke rechteroever-Bordeaux. Dieprode tint. Fraai complex van geur, met rijpe bramen, kersen en eikenhout. De smaak zet krachtig en rond in en ontwikkelt een pittige structuur met rijpe tannine in de afdronk. Jong mooi bij krachtige wildschotels, gerijpt heerlijk bij fijne gerechten uit de oven of gebraden rundvlees. Houdbaar tot zeker 10 à 12 jaar na oogst.
