Apostelhoeve Pinot Gris komt uit Zuid-Limburg en wordt geteeld op kalkrijke löss- en mergelbodems. De oogst gebeurt voornamelijk handmatig met zorgvuldige selectie. Na zachte persing vindt fermentatie plaats in roestvrijstalen tanks bij gecontroleerde temperatuur om frisse fruitaroma’s te behouden. De wijn rijpt kort op fijne droesem om complexiteit te verhogen zonder het frisse karakter te verliezen. De stijl is zuiver en fruitgericht, met een fijne balans tussen rijpheid en levendige zuren.

Proefnotitie

Rijp fruit met aroma’s van peer en appel, subtiel kruidig. Medium body met frisse zuren en een zachte, ronde textuur. De afdronk is helder en aanhoudend.

Drinken bij

Perfect bij risotto met paddenstoelen, gegrilde zalm of romige kazen.

Houdbaarheid

Drinkbaar vanaf het oogstjaar; optimaal binnen 3 tot 6 jaar.
