Really creamy and peachy on the nose, with fresh green fruits. Spicy and rounded on the palate, with a stony, dry texture that balances all that creamy, fresh fruit. Very young but already appealing.
Medium to full-bodied and structured around bright acids, it’s tensile and precise and concludes with a saline finish. It’s an excellent value to enjoy with a plate of oysters.
