The palate is well-balanced with a fine bead of acidity, harmonious and just a touch of bitter lemon lends tension towards the finish, which is quite graceful. It is well-made and delicious.
Medium to full-bodied and structured around bright acids, it’s tensile and precise and concludes with a saline finish. It’s an excellent value to enjoy with a plate of oysters.
