Opens up on the palate with hints of nectarine, peach and white flowers. The harmony of fresh, crisp acidity and moderate body suggests this will please on release.
Linear example of Vaillons, with the acidity that often characterises this premier cru. Super-fresh, linear – lots of excitement and drive. White flowers on the nose, peach fruit on the palate.

Yellow apple, sliced pear and acacia followed by salted caramel, cheese rind and an underlying saline minerality. Medium-bodied, crisp acidity. Wonderful harmony and freshness.
