Orpale is without a doubt the most complex, accomplished wine of the CHAMPAGNE DE SAINT-GALL portfolio. Always a vintage Champagne, it is the result of a highly unusual process: a portion of the grapes used to make this Blanc de Blancs do not undergo malolactic fermentation to preserve the freshness and mineral character of one of the best plots of the Côte des Blancs.
Verfijnde, volle rode wijn met een ingetogen geur van zwarte bes, pruim, potloodslijpsel en beschaafd eiken. Vol, sappig en intens van smaak met opwekkende zuren en stevige, ronde tannine. De afdronk is aanhoudend met toast en notigheid.
10 jaar oude 'Vintage Cognac' van Ragnaud-Sabourin met tonen van vanille en oude port uit de Grande Champagne.
