It has a fine-boned and elegant palate with cleanliness, precision and great balance and a dry, stony and serious finish. This is a very serious white that should develop nicely in bottle.

A stony and minerally white with chamomille and hints of pears. The palate is concentrated and flavorful with fresh acidity. It’s layered and textured.

More obviously oaky on the nose than the Granito Cru. Plenty of fresh citrus, more grapefruit than anything else but smoky, too. Pure and already quite open.
