Dieprood van kleur, verfijnd van geur met florale nuances, kruiden, vuursteen en wat eikenhout. De elegante smaakstructuur eindigt aromatisch met milde tannine. Complexe rode wijn, jong gedronken prima bij kruidig lams- of rundvlees; na enkele jaren heerlijk bij wild.

Amour de Deutz Rosé is een uitzonderlijke champagne. Het is een brut vintage rosé champagne (millesime) uit het oogstjaar 2008. De assemblage bestaat uit Pinot Noir en Chardonnay. Het mooie roze kleurtje heeft deze champagne te danken aan toevoeging van 8% stille Pinot Noir wijn van geselecteerde percelen uit Aÿ en Mareuil-sur-Aÿ.
